The Spiritual Direction Journey with

MaryJo

Spiritual Direction is an invitation to experience the Holy by sifting through the moments of your everyday life. Mary Jo explains it as, “You share, I listen, you explore, I ask, you discover, and there is an unfolding.” Together you will seek the movement of the spirit from inside the mystery, and your path is illuminated with love and compassion.”

Spirituality for Mary Jo is the contemplative connection with the Divine that lives within, around, and between each of us. Through this invitation to be in Spiritual Direction, your awareness deepens for yourself, your life, your connections, and the Divine.

We practice by noticing the movement of spirit in your daily joys and struggles, opening and surrendering to the always present gifts of grace and love that nurture and strengthen your journey.

Mary Jo will be your companion, your soul friend on the journey, as the Irish call it, Anam Cara.
